Heart of Mindfulness currently offers In-Person Courses courses in Limerick at Milford Care Centre (see below for details). In this format participants meet for 8 weekly classes of 2.5 hrs and there is an all-day session in the sixth week usually on a Saturday or Sunday. During the 8 weeks participants are asked to practice mindfulness meditation and/or mindful movement for 45-60 minutes a day.
Online MBSR Courses
The MBSR course is also available in an online format in either self-directed format or teacher led format. In both cases participants put aside some time weekly to go through course materials either independently (self-directed) or with the guidance of a teacher in an online classroom (teacher-led). Participants also need to put aside a convenient day to follow an online all-day session of mindfulness in the sixth week. Participants are also asked to practice mindfulness meditation and/or mindful movement for 45-60 minutes a day.
